after unlocking the game with the proper name/key, I am only getting trial version. I have written to support at least 3 times with no response.

sorry that you are late to the party. Devs have mostly given up on any kind of service towards this game (customer service, updates). I wish you the best of luck but don't hold your breath for a response.

AFAIK, the issue was solved.
